We can also organise treks and climbs to other mountains in Northern Tanzania, these include Oldonyo Lengai, the Mountain for God, which can be climbed as part of walking safari through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area (See Walking section in Sports) and the Monduli Mountains (also in sports). There are also opportunities to visit the Pare Mountains or Usambara Mountains which form part of the Eastern Arc Mountains a rare and valuable depository for many rare plant species. Mount Hanang near Babati, Africa’s 9th highest mountain, can also be climbed as part of a safari itinerary.
