Once you have decided on the journey you wish to undertake, you need to contact us to confirm the details and to pay a deposit. We will send you a booking form which you need to complete and return to us with a deposit of 30% of the total tour cost. The balance needs to be paid 28 days before your journey commences. No booking is confirmed until a deposit has been paid and a written confirmation has been received from Tanzania Journeys Ltd. Once a deposit is paid it becomes non-refundable. If the booking is made within 28 days of the journey then full payment is required to confirm the booking.

Tanzania Journeys Limited is a class A tour operator licensed by TALA (Tourist Agents Licensing Authority). This means as a company we are bound to uphold the high standards of tour operating and client care as set out by the charter of TALA and the Government of United Republic of Tanzania.
